PAMIR-CITY TOWER is located in Kabul, Afghanistan and it is the highest tower of the city which has been built yet. Total area of this multi-complex tower is 16500 m2 in 18 levels that contains 36 offices, 31 commercial spaces, 74 rooms and suites of hotel and 2 duplex pent house for the clients.Clients expected a special modern facade for the project which makes it an urban mark for kabul. Bondad Saze Gooya Consultant designed two alternatives for project and the clients introduce the second alternative for construction
